I have tried,
through many days and nights
To remember to forget you;
and yet it seems that it is easier
to forget to breathe than
to stop remembering you.

Dear Kindred Spirit, you pain is so apparent. We do not have to "forget", but sometimes we must put that person in a safe velvet lined pouch and place the pouch in our hearts. Let it lie there in God's keeping. We can trust God to handle this. We cannot. But, part of the healing comes from letting go and letting God do all the work. Some times we have to move on and just trust and not dwell on this. Love, Hannah
ReplyDeleteThank you, dear Hannah. Your words are so kind, and soothing like balm. God is in control and He is Love: all is well. May Almighty God bless you and Our Lady protect you.
