The sky was a midnight-blue, like warm, deep, blue water, and the moon seemed to lie on it like a water-lily, floating forward with an invisible current.

I love how the text and the picture go so harmoniously together. Apparently Willa Cather used to read the Psalms for hours on end because she liked the artistry of the words. I enjoy reading both your blogs! God bless you! Marie
Thank you very much for your nice comment, Marie. I didn't know that about Willa Cather: thank you for telling me about her love for the Psalms. I have always loved them, too; there is a Psalm for every event in life, it seems to me. I'm so glad that you are following my blogs. May God bless you, too!
I believe that there are no accidents, that all things work together unto good for those who love God, and that God's timing is perfect. Most of all, I believe in love because God is Love, and love is of God. After Him, the greatest gift anyone can receive in this world is a true friend; and "a friend loves at all times," no matter what. Life is an amazing journey filled with everyday miracles. I hope to make your acquaintance along the way.
